Gulfstream Creative LLC partners with licensed insurance professionals to help individuals approaching Medicare eligibility, or already enrolled in Medicare, evaluate the Medicare Supplement (Medigap) insurance plans available where they live.
We do not sell insurance directly. Our role is to:
- Acknowledge inquiries received from prospective clients via our mailed reply card
- Schedule a phone consultation with a licensed Medicare agent who can review plan options in your state
- Send appointment reminders for booked consultations
- Respond to follow-up questions about your scheduled call
All insurance products are offered and sold by our licensed insurance affiliates, who hold the appropriate state licenses to discuss and quote Medicare Supplement insurance products.

How Subscribers Opt In
Prospective clients opt in to receive text messages from Gulfstream Creative LLC and its licensed insurance affiliates by physically mailing back a reply card. The reply card contains the following TCPA-compliant consent statement, printed on the card the recipient signs and returns:
The signed and returned reply card constitutes documented written consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). Consumers who do not return the reply card are not contacted by SMS.
Message Types & Frequency
Subscribers who have opted in via the reply card may receive transactional text messages including:
- An acknowledgment that we received their reply card and an invitation to schedule a phone consultation
- Confirmations and reminders for booked appointments
- Replies to recipient-initiated questions
Message frequency varies by recipient and depends on the recipient's interactions with us. Most subscribers receive only a small number of messages tied to a single inquiry.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier rates apply to all SMS messages.
Opt-Out and Help
You may opt out of further text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Once you reply STOP, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us regarding the relevant program. To resume messages, reply START.

Carriers
Carriers (including but not limited to T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and Boost) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

The phone number you provide for SMS communications, and your opt-in consent collected via the mailed reply card, are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their independent marketing purposes. We retain records of your reply card, the consent it established, and our communications with you for as long as required to comply with applicable laws (including TCPA recordkeeping requirements) and for legitimate business purposes related to your inquiry.
Your Rights
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us using the information in the Contact section. We will respond to verifiable requests as required by applicable law.
Security
We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect the personal information we collect. No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

All consumer contacts originate from our own direct-mail outreach with the consumer's documented written consent on the returned reply card.
